Windsor Park, built from scratch in the ’50s
Windsor Park is mid-century Austin in the best way. It went up in the 1950s on what had been farmland growing maize, corn and sorghum, laid out street by street by the local builder Nash Phillips/Copus — the outfit that put up so many Austin homes that by the late ’60s one in five Austinites lived in one. The name is a wink across the Atlantic, borrowed from the Windsor Park neighborhood in central London, and the neighborhood association has been organized since 1982.
Bartholomew District Park is the centre of gravity: pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, picnic lawns. Its greenway links now run into Mueller and on to Morris Williams Golf Course on Manor Road.
Eight minutes west — or a genuinely good bike ride
Eye Charm is at 4000 Avenue B, 3.3 miles from Bartholomew Park — about eight minutes cutting west on 51st Street, or down through Mueller when 51st is backed up.
The greenway links are the interesting part: they let you cover most of that 3.3 miles off the arterials, which makes this one of the better bike trips of any area we serve. We’re open seven days, 10am–6pm — Sundays included, which is the slot most Windsor Park clients take since Saturdays belong to the park. Book on the booking page.
Lashes worth the short drive
Every appointment starts with a consultation and a shape mapped to your eyes, then handmade fans — never pre-made. Classic keeps it natural, hybrid adds texture, volume brings the full, soft fluff. Prefer no fills at all? A keratin lash lift lifts your own lashes for six to eight weeks. Every price, both artist tiers, on the price list.

“Anastasiia has an expert eye to determine which lash style compliments you the most. These lashes do not budge which allows me to go once a month. I've tried several lash places and trust me, she truly is the best!”
“I have asian almond eyes and sensitive teary eyes to glue, but here they know how to do lashes that will complement and open up your eyes without barely any burning from the glue. I have tried many lash places in austin, but this place is the best.”

Windsor Park lash questions, answered
How do I get to the studio from Windsor Park?
3.3 miles, about eight minutes — cut west on 51st Street, or drop through Mueller if 51st is backed up. We're at 4000 Avenue B.
Can I bike it instead of driving?
Yes, and it's one of the better bike trips of any area we serve, because the Mueller greenway links let you cover most of the 3.3 miles off the arterials rather than riding 51st the whole way.
Are Sundays an option?
Sunday hours are the same as every other day, 10am to 6pm. It's the slot most Windsor Park clients take, since Saturdays tend to belong to Bartholomew Park.
Do you make the volume fans by hand?
Every fan, every set — shaped at the chair while you're lying there rather than pulled pre-made from a tray. It's what keeps a volume set looking soft instead of clumpy, and it's the reason an appointment takes as long as it does.
