Windsor Park, built from scratch in the ’50s

Windsor Park is mid-century Austin in the best way. It went up in the 1950s on what had been farmland growing maize, corn, and sorghum, laid out street-by-street by the legendary local builder Nash Phillips/Copus — the same outfit that put up so many Austin homes that by the late ’60s, one in five Austinites lived in one of their houses. The name is a little wink across the Atlantic: it’s borrowed from the Windsor Park neighborhood in central London. The community’s been organized and proud since its neighborhood association formed in 1982.

Bartholomew Park and the Mueller connection

The neighborhood’s crown jewel is Bartholomew Park — a big, beloved green space with a swimming pool, basketball courts, playgrounds, and picnic spots — and it now links straight into the Mueller greenways, connecting walkers and cyclists over to Morris Williams Golf Course and the whole revitalized Mueller district. That’s the charm of Windsor Park: classic ranch homes and mature trees on one side, and the parks, trails, and new-Austin energy of Mueller right next door.

Lashes worth the short drive

Windsor Park is a real mix of longtime families and folks newly drawn to the east side, and our lash work flatters all of them. At Eye Charm Artistry, every appointment starts with a consultation and a shape mapped to your eyes, then handmade fans — never pre-made. Classic lashes ($150) keep things natural; hybrid ($185) adds texture; volume ($220) brings the full, soft fluff. Prefer no fills at all? A keratin lash lift ($115) lifts your own lashes for six to eight weeks, and brow lamination ($125) keeps your brows brushed-up and full.

Getting here from Windsor Park

It’s a short, simple drive — roughly ten to twelve minutes. Cut west on 51st Street or drop down through Mueller and over toward Hyde Park, and you’ll find us at 4000 Avenue B. Trade the parking-lot shuffle for easy, free street parking right by the studio. We’re open seven days a week, 10am–6pm, so book the time that fits and head over.

“I'm so impressed by Anastasiia's lash work. My eyelashes stayed on for 5 weeks and they could have stayed even longer. I'm a swimmer and in water often and nothing happened to them. I'm blown away! Highly recommend.”

05 Good to know

Windsor Park lash questions, answered

How do I get to the studio from Windsor Park?

About ten to twelve minutes — cut west on 51st Street or drop through Mueller toward Hyde Park at 4000 Avenue B.

Is parking easy at the studio?

Very — open, free street spots sit all around 4000 Avenue B, with no lot to navigate.

What lash services are available?

Classic at $150, hybrid at $185, and volume at $220, alongside keratin lash lifts ($115) and brow lamination ($125).

Can I get a same-week appointment from Windsor Park?

Usually — we keep the doors open seven days a week, 10am to 6pm, and the booking page at eyecharmaustin.com/book lists openings live, so the short hop over on 51st rarely means a long wait.

Do you make the volume fans by hand?

Every fan, every set — shaped at the chair while you relax, never pre-fabricated, which is what keeps volume sets looking soft instead of clumpy.

Are Sundays an option?

Absolutely — Sunday hours match the rest of the week, 10am to 6pm, handy if weekdays belong to work and Saturdays belong to Bartholomew Park.
