Two ways in: we're adding a lash artist to the team, and we have a private treatment room for rent. Both live in a calm, pink, two-chair studio on Avenue B with free parking.

Lash artist

Thursday–Saturday plus two evenings. Part-time to start, more as your book grows.

  • You: Texas TDLR-licensed (Eyelash Extension Specialist, Esthetician or Cosmetologist), confident in classic, hybrid and handmade volume, and lash lifts.
  • Pay: W-2 employment — $18–22/hour base plus commission. Not booth rent, not 1099.
  • Provided: clients, products and supplies, training in our technique.
  • Interview: portfolio review, then a paid trial day on a model.

Private treatment room

A closed room with its own sink — for a nail tech, esthetician, or brow artist who wants a pretty space without a big suite lease.

  • Rent: $275/week flat. Utilities and wifi included. Month-to-month.
  • Access: your own key, seven days a week, free parking.
  • Yours: you run your own booking and payments and keep 100%. Our lash clients walk past your door every day.
  • Requirements: current TDLR license and your own liability insurance. No lash services.
