Lash Lift & Tint in Austin: Cost, What to Expect, and Aftercare

June 12, 2026 · By Anastasiia

Lifted and tinted natural lashes after a keratin lash lift in Austin

A lash lift and tint is the “I woke up like this” service: your own natural lashes, curled from the base and darkened, so your eyes look open and done with zero daily effort for six to eight weeks. No fibers, no fills, no mascara. Here’s everything Austin clients ask before booking one.

What does a lash lift and tint cost in Austin?

At our Hyde Park studio the menu is simple and public: keratin lash lift $115, lash tint $30, or the Lash Lift + Tint together for $135. The visit takes about 50 minutes. There’s also a Lash & Brow Bundle ($280) — lift, brow lamination, plus lash and brow tint — if you want the whole low-maintenance package in one sitting. Across Austin you’ll see lifts anywhere from about $80 to $180; very cheap lifts are where over-processing horror stories come from, because timing and shield choice are the entire skill.

What actually happens at the appointment?

You lie down with your eyes closed for most of it — many clients genuinely nap.

  1. Consultation: we check your natural lash length and strength and choose a shield size. The shield decides your curl; the wrong one gives that over-crimped look.
  2. Lift: lashes are set over a soft silicone shield while the lifting solution redirects the curl upward from the base. Timing is matched to your lash strength.
  3. Set + tint: the keratin setting solution locks in the shape and conditions each lash, then the tint deepens the color tip to root.

That’s it — about 50 minutes, no discomfort, and you walk out with the result already visible.

What’s the aftercare?

For the first 24–48 hours: keep the lashes dry, skip mascara, and don’t rub or sleep face-down. After that, there is honestly nothing — no special cleansers, no brushing ritual, no fills. Swim, sweat through an Austin August, use your normal skincare. If you wear mascara over a lifted set, use a non-waterproof formula so removal doesn’t drag the curl.

Lash lift or extensions — how do I choose?

Quick version: a lift works with what you have (lowest maintenance, most natural, $115–$135); extensions add length and volume your natural lashes don’t have (more drama, fills every 2–3 weeks, from $150). If your natural lashes are reasonably long but straight or invisible at the tips, a lift will surprise you. If you want noticeably more lash, go extensions. The full side-by-side is in our lash lift vs extensions guide — and if brows are on the list too, brow lamination is the same low-effort philosophy for brows.

Common questions

How much is a lash lift and tint in Austin?

At Eye Charm Artistry in Hyde Park, a keratin lash lift is $115, a lash tint is $30, and the Lash Lift + Tint together is $135. The appointment takes about 50 minutes and the result lasts 6–8 weeks.

How long does a lash lift and tint last?

About 6 to 8 weeks — one natural lash growth cycle. The curl relaxes gradually as new lashes grow in, so there's no awkward grown-out stage; you simply rebook when you miss the lift.

Is a lash lift worth it without the tint?

If your lashes are naturally dark, the lift alone ($115) gives you the open-eye effect. If your lashes are blonde, light brown, or fade at the tips, the tint is what makes the result visible without mascara — most Austin clients book the $135 combo.

Can I swim or sweat after a lash lift in Austin summer?

Yes — after the first 24–48 hours, the lift is fully set and water, sweat, swimming, and humidity won't undo it. That's exactly why it's our most popular service heading into Austin pool season.
